It is crucial that damaged artowrk be correctly handled after it has experienced water, smoke, or fire damaged. Improper handling of damaged artwork can lead to further, sometimes irreversible, damage and boosted cost. We deploy expert conservators whose resumes include restoration for major museums to ensure the artwork is restored to its pre-loss condition. All follow the field guide to emergency response provided by the Heritage Preservation Group from the National Institute of Conservation.
